Michelle Wing is not your typical human resources leader.
Michelle is always ready to challenge the status quo and bring fresh perspectives to the human resource function. Whether it’s legal services or accounting services, Michelle has the experience and the credentials to handle any human resource issue. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Development, as well as certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Adult Mental Health First Aid.
Michelle is a problem-solver and a performance-enhancer.
She partners with her clients to tackle complex human resource issues and find unique solutions. She is a strategic thinker who pushes people to go beyond their comfort zone and explore new possibilities. Michelle has expertise in all aspects of human resources, but she especially shines in the areas of Total Rewards, Performance Management, cultural change, and operational efficiency.
Michelle is also a servant leader who is passionate about giving back to the community. She has served in many leadership roles on boards throughout her career, demonstrating her commitment and dedication.

Michelle answered her call in 2023 to pursue a career in HR Consulting and has embraced the challenge from day one! She’s found her passion as a Fractional HR Consultant, helping small businesses and non-profit organizations in a variety of industries with their complex HR needs. Michelle is a trusted partner and instantly adds value to any organization she has the pleasure to work with.
Michelle’s mission:
To help small business owners around Northwest Ohio sleep at night by applying her proven Fractional HR management model. Small business owners are more focused on growing their businesses and less worried about the day-to-day HR management needs.
When Michelle is not practicing human resources, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three grown children. She loves cooking and traveling and is an avid walker to help maintain her own mental and physical health.
