Michelle Wing is a trusted HR advisor to small business owners who want to lead with confidence, protect what they’ve built, and build strong, people-centered workplaces. As the founder of HR Premiere Consulting, Michelle brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to helping businesses stay compliant, resolve HR challenges, and grow their teams with intention.
With a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and a SHRM-CP certification, Michelle combines deep HR knowledge with real-world business insight. She’s also certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid and is a Paylocity Implementation Specialist—adding valuable layers of support for companies navigating people systems, wellness, and workplace culture.
Throughout her career, Michelle has worked alongside business owners, managers, and leadership teams to simplify the complex and deliver customized HR solutions that actually fit. Whether she’s reviewing a handbook, resolving an employee issue, or building an HR strategy from the ground up, Michelle brings calm, clarity, and compassion to every client relationship.

Michelle’s mission:
To provide accessible, expert HR support to small businesses, helping them navigate compliance, strengthen their teams, and create workplaces that are both people-focused and legally sound – without the need for a full-time HR department.
When Michelle is not practicing human resources, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three grown children. She loves cooking and traveling and is an avid walker to help maintain her own mental and physical health.
